I suffer from osteoarthritis in my hands and I type for a living, a
combination that is often quite painful. I cannot tolerate a lot of
medication, and am always looking for relief for the pain in my
knuckles. I was told about compression gloves as an alternate for the
brace I normally wear on my left hand when it becomes too painful. So I
decided to try them. They are really very snug, so pay attention to
the size you are ordering (as with any compression garment) as they can
be a tight fit around your wrists. I love the warm, snug lining of
these gloves, and that they are open at the ends so you can still makes
phone calls, etc. The snugness felt good on my hands, and the warmth
was helpful in alleviating some of the arthritis pain. All in all, these
are a good alternative for arthritic hands.
